The Flatiron Building stands where Fifth Ave intersects with Broadway. With a public plaza before it and Madison Square Park as well, it’s a perfect spot to rest, dine and take some photos!

Recently (March 2023) sold at auction for $190 million to investor Jacob Garlick of the firm Abraham Trust, I’m hoping that soon the renovations necessitating the long attached scaffolding will come down and it will shine again in all it’s glory.
