Does anything look more inviting on a hot July day than chilling on the Hudson River with a cool drink and maybe some apps? I hear the margarita’s are good, too. It’s Tartinery Summer House, Brookfield Place in Battery Park City. Perched on the Hudson River, the views are stellar and the breeze so refreshing!
