New York in Lights

Visit Bryant Park’s Winter Village

Bryant Park is always a busy place, but this time of year it’s especially so. With the Winter Village in full swing, and the ice skating rink up, there’s so much to see and do. Take a walk with me on a November evening and see all there is to see!

I started at Nikola Tesla Corner, 6th Ave at W. 40th Street. I always stop to gaze a minute at the Bank of China building on the corner.

The Bank of China building (2016), 1045 6th Ave is so fascinating to me.

Strolling through the Winter Village, I enjoy peeking in at the shoppers.

Moving away from the shops, it’s still busy here, but darker, with less movement. I prefer it.

The Cozy Igloos are very popular, on a chilly night its easy to understand why.

I was thrilled to see the Bryant Park Christmas Tree up. I love One Vanderbilt (2021) in the background.

I’ve come full circle around the park. The lampposts are decorated so beautifully, don’t you agree?
